I’ll say this, I don’t really know you. So I can’t say if it would be a good idea or not. I’ll leave you with this though take it as you will.: The Marine Corps is a whole different beast as it is. If your going to enlist in the military, do it right. (Not that there is anything WRONG with the other branches, and no disrespect.) Like I said though, if your going to do something, do it right. The biggest thing I could say to you is, The Marine Corps is lowering its standards. Which is fucked up because we are also downsizing. If you do enlist make sure its not just to get by like a lot of Marines. If you want to be a Marine make sure your willing to hold the standard high. Sometimes its embarrassing, I’ll be honest. So stay the fuck away from my Corps if your going to be one of those ass holes and throw away what it means to be a Marine. If you can really take pride in it then I would say its the best idea you could ever make. I hope you are not one of those fuck heads and one day you can be one of us.
Squad leader just came too me with an opportunity for when we get home from this deployment, to have 2 months home, and redeploy for another 8 months.
Got too help out some of the Ausi’s* learn our weapons systems. They thought it was really cool playing around with our M4’s.

Ah after all week long last week patrolling non-stop and then all this shit this week. Time too kick back in the rack and watch “The next exciting episode of DRAGON BALL Z”
I haven’t posted anything in a while. I left for another deployment. But I wanted too share this photo. Kendo, one of the Japanese martial arts. The samurai used too use this too train! Thought it was pretty awesome, got my ass kicked.
This morning we started with 50 burpees. A mile run in boot and uits, 5 sprints up and down the hill top on the bunkers with a set of clapping push ups inbetween. A mile back too the pt field running with a buddy one running forward the other running backward. Then tire flips across the pt field, about 120m. Then 50 more burpees a max set of pull ups (23) then to finish it up our platoon commanders favorite “Friday Fight day”. I fought twice today, my first fight was against our new Cpl they added too our platoon. It was a pretty good fight it was a tie though. So I’ll take it, this time. My second fight was easy, I killed’em.
